Peach Praline Cheesecake Bars

Mix for crust and topping:
1 Pralines & Cream Scone Mix
1/2 cup butter softened (one stick)
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (or white chocolate chips)
Filling:
Blend 2 - 8 oz. soft cream cheese
2 Tealightful Peach Perfection Dessert Creme
2 small egg whites
1 tablespoon heavy cream
Beat well.
Fruit Topping:
1 can peach pie filling
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut butter into scone mix & nuts until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup mixture and mix with 1/4 cup mini chocolate or white chocolate chips. Press remaining scone & nut mixture into 13 x 9 " pan. Combine all filling ingredients and spread over crust. Top with peach filling and then sprinkle with reserved mix. Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes.
