Tealightful Easy No-Bake Individual Cherry Cheesecakes
Cheesecake Layer
Ingredients:
- 1 package Tealightful Devonshire Vanilla Bean Dip (Order from your Tealightful consultant, or online at Tealightful Inc.)
- 4oz. Greek Cream Cheese
- 4oz. Part Skim Ricotta
- 6 – 8 finely chopped maraschino cherries
- 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream or 1 cup prepared whipped topping
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (and a few tablespoons for garnish)
Here’s What To Do:
1.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
until thoroughly blended.
2.
Spoon into one corner of plastic freezer
bag. Snip off corner and set aside until you are ready to begin layering.
Graham Cracker Crumb Layer
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/3 cup melted low fat butter or margarine
Here’s
What To Do:
Combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter or
margarine in bowl until thoroughly blended.
Cherry Pie Filling Layer
Ingredients:
- 1 – 21oz. Can of cherry pie filling
- 1 tsp almond extract.
Here’s
What To Do:
1. Blend cherry pie filling and almond
extract.
Assembly:
1.
Make sure all glasses are clean and dry.
2.
Fill each glass with two tablespoons of graham
cracker crumbs.
3.
Pipe cheese filling on top of crumbs.
4. Spoon two tablespoons of cherry pie filling on
top of graham cracker crumbs.
5. Add a second layer of cheesecake filling on top
of cherry pie filling.
6.
Add two more tablespoons of graham cracker
crumbs.
7.
Top with mini chips and fresh cherries for a
final garnish!
Chill for one hour and enjoy!
